We will hear and discuss the importance of long-term support for loss survivors and suggestions for post-scene protocols: Post-scene follow-up support, timing, and duration; Phone script ideas for initial and follow-up contacts; Engaging loss survivors to build a community of HOPE.

We will hear and discuss how to train on-scene and delayed response LOSS Team volunteers: Ten components to include in new volunteer training, A comparison of trainings and certifications that can be used, Examples of ongoing training for on-scene and delayed response volunteers.
